However, since I wasn’t addressing the real issue at hand and refused to look inside, my results weren’t sustainable.
I was trying to resolve it by fixing the problem on the surfaced level instead of going within. The reason? I was scared.
Needles to say, it was a challenging period for me.

So, how did I dive deep and started to transform my life in a real way? The way that felt authentic?
I decided to face the truth of my past and how it was impacting my present.
I went back and analyzed what I was afraid to face as well as what it was costing me to live life this way.
I knew who I was – capable of change while breaking the generational curse that I was fully aware of. Once I acknowledged that I sabotaged my growth because of fear, I understood the missing piece of the puzzle.
What is my value and how can I live from a worthy place of love and compassion?
Here is the thing. If we decide to heal, address issues from our past and acknowledge what happened to us instead of what’s wrong with us, there is the magic that starts to happen, and we set ourselves for a true transformation.
From that moment onward, things in my life started to shift, and I was beginning to grasp what self-love looks like and how I can powerfully heal my wounds.
Eventually, it became easier to focus on the real issues in my life, triggers, and disempowering habits. I was becoming less fearful of what I discovered and more driven to understand and heal.
Suddenly, I began to feel lighter and free. I felt more like myself. This time, I wasn’t interested in validation from others but worked towards developing a stronger and deeper connection with myself.
I set myself on a true soul healing journey and had no interest in stopping. My overall emotional state and compassion I started to exercise felt too real to ignore.
I begin to feel a strong desire to help other women, women like you and I who feel stuck in life while repeating the same patterns and self-sabotaging behaviors.
